Questions about pricing
Is Pro a subscription?
No. You pay $39 once and keep Pro, including future updates to it. There’s nothing to renew.
Will the free version stay free?
Yes. Recording, editing and exporting up to 1080p stay free, without a watermark or an account.
How do I get Pro once I’ve paid?
Your receipt email contains a licence key. In the Reframe editor, open Pro and paste the key. That’s all.
Can I use Pro on more than one computer?
Yes, on up to 3 computers with one key. If you replace a computer, write to us and we’ll free up its place.
How is payment handled?
Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, handle sales tax or VAT where it applies, and send your receipt. We never see your card details.
What if Pro isn’t right for me?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you get your money back in full. See the refund policy.
